Hi, Iām Amanda.
I'm a human factors professional with a master's from Tufts University, working at the intersection of human factors engineering, product, and program management. My background started in criminal justice and psychology at Northeastern, then moved through event and operations coordination at a nonprofit innovation hub, before landing in HFE - a field that let me combine systems thinking with a hands-on, user-first approach to solving real problems.
About Me
I'm currently looking for roles in Product, Program & Operations, or Human Factors & Usability - anywhere that needs someone who can translate between technical constraints and human needs, manage cross-functional collaboration, and stay grounded in how something actually gets used, not just how it's designed to be used.
While I'm not solving problems for a living, I'm solving them for fun: usually somewhere in the middle of a puzzle, working through a needlepoint canvas, or working with dogs that aren't mine (yet).
